Veterans Afield U.A. will be hosting 11 plus combined field and tower pheasant hunts this fall. The hunts will be held as listed below:
All hunts start at 10:00 AM with all safety equipment, shotguns, ammo, birds, and dog handler being provided by Veterans Afield U.A. As in the past, exact dates will be posted once the hunts have been confirmed with the clubs. All hunts will be followed with a lunch at a local diner.
Spring Turkey Hunt for 2026
Veterans Afield U.A. will be hosting a 3 day turkey hunt again this year. There will be 4 disabled Veterans participating in this years' hunt. The hunt will be co-hosted by The Farm Gang in Montello, WI. The hunt will take place on April 22nd to April 24th. All meals will be provided by the Easley and Schafer Farm Gang Families. The participants will be staying at the Westfield Pioneer Motor Inn. There will be guides taking the Veterans out to the blinds and will do all required set-up and calling of the birds. Veterans Afield U.A. will be providing all shotguns and turkey load ammo as required along with any safety gear if needed. All participants will have a valid spring turkey and small game hunting license.
